Brown spotting?
Last Thursday and Friday I had small amounts of light brown spotting. It came back today, and I have a ripping headache and mild nausea. I haven't had a period since 2011 and I'm off birth control, could this be my period finally making a return or something else? I have no idea where I could be in my cycle, it's been so long.
