HELP?!

so I have the one for 12 years, I got it nearly a year ago. I had sex two nights in a row with my boyfriend but the most recent time he -ya know - inside and my period is 3 days late should I be worrying as much as I am??

When I had Skyla (which is basically just a smaller version of the Mirena) my periods sort of tapered off. Like for a few months I'd have light ones or spotting and eventually they just kind of stopped. If this sounds similar to your experience, you should be okay. If you are pregnant while having an IUD, I feel like you'd likely feel more pain because a fetus can't survive in a womb that's inhabited by an IUD.
