So me and SO had sex for the first time since we got our BFP and while it was awesome.. I had the worst cramps afterwards, my belly got really hard too.. I feel bad because he is freaking out that he hurt me. After much research online.. it turns out that it's normal as long as it doesn't remain constant and doesn't last for longer than an hour. I guess orgasms cause your body to contract... this is baby #2 and I've never ever had this happen. I'm ok now.. but I was freaking out for sure.
