Trying to keep calm

Ok so yesterday was my love and I first appointment since we've found we are expecting. I can't lie when I got pregnant I was in shock because he always talked about how he injury his nuts way back. Although we TTC was never was really as active. Here we are 3 years later and expecting. He's been complaining about his nuts and I would laugh thinking he wasn't serious. But hours after our ultrasound he decided to go the hospital and they found a mass in his testicle. I'm trying to keep calm and pray, but I can't help but stress. They have to do immediate surgery. Have any bf or SO been through this?
