Any other reborn doll owners in this community?

I had a baby girl custom made and she was beautiful.  I took her places and dressed her up.  I DONT have any kids and no I wasn't crazy either but I did like dressing it.  This is the baby I had made...   The artist has Babies on eBay and on Pinterest.  Her name is Maria and she goes my babiessoreal.  I did get to the point where i decided my baby would be better off in the hands of a loving child so I gave her to my niece.  

I think they're so cool. I mean, the price tag is super high but I'd so get one. It's like all the fun part of having a baby without having any actual responsibility of caring for a human.

I dont personally own one, but my mother has a silicone baby girl... I really wanted one at some point but he was very expensive lol I know a lot of people dont like them but I think they are beautiful, works of art. The people that make them are extremely talented... That's really sad that people would make fun of you for that. I personally don't like dolls they kinda scare me. But my mom, both my grandmas and I think my aunt collect them and china dolls. My grandma has her hole house filled with them. To me it's no different then having collectible Barbies or action figures. 😊

I saw a story of an elderly lady with dementia who was gifted a reborn doll. it was the nicest story. but me personally, I find them a little creepy, amazing but creepy!

My great aunt collect dolls and had a lot of them and they even had their own room I say honey do what makes you happy it's your life and only you can bring yourself joy well besides your boys!

My great grandma and grandma both collected baby dolls and treated them like real babies... It was a sight to see honestly cuz they had so many.. I collect Barbie and people like to poke fun at me for it.

I used to have them! I had to sell mine when I was moving, but I wouldn't mind owning one now. I actually gifted my last one to an elderly lady with Alzheimer's. She loved that doll so much! She since passed away. But I was so happy when the lady's daughter sent me photos of her sleeping next to the doll!
