Babyshower??

Question

Im a teen and FTM have no clue what a babyshower consists of. I have to do it early (25ish weeks) because we're moving. My SO's parents said we can have it at their house but we need to plan it out for the most part. Im having a baby boy also. What kinda activities can we do at a babyshower? Decorations? Food??

Edit: can I get any ideas other than pinterest? I've already looked and found very little amount of things I can do for cheap or short notice (baby shower has to be within two weeks) or things that interested me. Id love to hear some things others did at their babyshower! Thank you!

With my baby shower, it was fairly simple. We didn't go all out and had fancy stuff. My in-laws were generous enough to give us a baby shower, it was pretty nice and cheap.

For food: I would suggest finger foods, like pizza, tiny sandwiches, chips, hot dogs, hamburgers, cookies, and cupcakes. You can have a couple of dishes too like pasta salad and barbecue.

For games: We had guess what's on the diaper. My father-in-law used 4 diapers, labeled them with numbers (1-4), melted different kinds of chocolate and candy bar, and had the guests guess what chocolate or candy bar is in the diaper. We also had a bottle filled with candy and had everybody guess how many candy were there. We had "don't say baby or name" where people would lose a string or an item whenever they say the word "baby" or "name" (I included the word "name" because I was getting tired of people asking for baby's name and I didn't want to reveal the baby's name at all). We also did guess how big the stomach is where guests would take a string how long they like it and cut it depending on how they think it would fit around me, whoever has the close guess wins.

For decor: You can buy simple decorations from Walmart, 99 cents store, or the dollar store. You can get disposable table covers, streamers, and simple objects you can use to associate with the sex of the baby. For instance, you can scatter petals and glitter if you're having a girl or buy cheap action figures or toy cars for a boy.

I printed out papers I found online to play baby shower bingo.
 How to play: it's a blank bingo card. Everyone fills it in with baby items and as you're opening gifts they mark off ones you've gotten and then someone wins bingo like they normally would. 
I also did a diaper raffle and wipe raffle. For every pack of diapers you get a raffle ticket and same for the wipes. At the end of the shower before we cut cake I picked out a winner for each one and they got a little gift bag with shower stuff in it and I wrote 'From my shower to yours ❤️'

My shower was from 12pm-4pm and with food, cake, presents, and these two little games everything worked out perfectly. And it didn't cost me much at all. With the hall rental, decorations, food, cake, games, and prizes I spent about $250
