I just started dating a new guy and am so happy in every way other than our sex life. I'm terrified of hormonal birth control...I work in reproductive health, and have seen too many side effects. I've thought about paragard, but I want kids in the next few years. In past relationships I've always used the pullout method, but someone tried to trick him once before, and he's too scared to use withdrawal alone. Nether of us likes condoms. So he hasn't been cumming when we have sex. He says he doesn't care, but I really want to make him as happy as he makes me. What should I do?
