I'm 24, this is my first, my boyfriend was previously married with 2.

Since i had a miscarrage 2 months ago, we did an ultrasound today to see if everything is okay. I'm 6wk 3days, my babies are 6w1day.

Baby A heart rate is 116 & B is 102, which makes me a nervous wreck.

Praying both of these loves make it close to term and are healthy. Any advice during this time would be so helpful!

I'm high risk due to them being identical (share the same sac) and have lupus.
