Poop!
Sorry if TMI but I need some relief! I seriously can't poop and have no urge to go! Tomorrow will be 4 days since I've gone. Anyone have any tips? I drink a shit ton of water, am taking stool softners, eating fruit...what can I do? I know people say eat fiber but what types of foods are best? i just need some relief 😬
