Anyone with upper abdominal muscular pain?

From my belly button up its like I did 1000 crunches - my abs are killing me. They feel torn. Between that and my super heavy and painful boobs, this is not starting out fun. Lol I'll take it - I am blessed, but my goodness. Im not even to week 6 yet (when supposedly nausea hits). I'm not taking any pain killers but what's okay to take if this gets unbearable?

I was told Tylenol is okay. As long it's the regular stuff and you don't exceed 2 pills a day. The only time I take them is when nothing else helps get rid of the pain. I have been getting the pains all over my belly. Sometimes it feels like I got punched in the stomach, but it only lasts about a minutes and then it's gone. I'm 14 weeks.
