What size clothes should I bring?

Help me please lol :) 
I don't want to overpack for hospital (this hospital bag is my latest obsession 😁), but I want to be prepared. I wanted to only bring 2 outfits for me.. First outfit:
Stretch pajama pants
Tank top for easy access nursing 
And a loose cardigan type pajama top just to wear when we have visitors.

Coming home outfit: 
Black stretch pants 
Tank top 
Another loose cardigan pajama top

However, I have several size tank tops and pants... How do I know what size to bring? Or should I just pack 3 outfits, since I don't know what my body will look like after birth?

Your body will likely be the same size right after birth as it was going in, minus the firmness. Take comfortable pants with an elastic waistline or a maxi dress, you will be fine

The one suggestion I have is maybe bring a nightgown as well in case you have to have a c-section. You might not want your pants, even if they are stretchy, resting on your incision.

Go for comfy comfy comfy! Like a loose T and yogas. And slippers lol and granny panties, nursing bra and a loose sweater. You will still have a tummy roughly the size of 6 months prego or bigger.

I packed the size that I was wearing during early pregnancy, but just before I started having to switch to maternity clothes. (So the clothes that still fit me when my "regular" clothes were too small and my maternity clothes were too big.) It was a good fit for me postpartum.
