Anyone else only have one symptom?

All I have is sensitive nipples and its freaking me out that I don't have all these other symptoms everyone else has..

Everybody is different im 9weeks my boobs have grown but they are not sore 1 bit and havnt been since ive been pregnant , but im suffering from morning sickness all day and loss of appetite. Be happy lol !!

I've had sore nipples for an entire week. I didn't have any other symptoms out of the ordinary. I took a HPT just to ease my mind and to my surprise it was a BFP. Every pregnancy and every body is different!

Anyone else only have one symptom?
