Tired still?

I woke up literally 30 minutes ago to an hour ago and I'm still tired... I slept all night, except at 3:30 this morning when I had to go pee. Should I still be tired? I feel like I shouldn't be tired..

I been feeling the same, but can't explain it. Urgh!

I don't know if this will apply to you, but about 2-4 days before I get my period for at least one day I'm overwhelmingly exhausted.

Also sometimes if I get too much sleep I'm groggy for the rest of the day. Or I get tired if I'm stressed out.
