Glucose test? I have to take my test today and I've heard of people getting sick all day after the drink. I'm wondering how common that is. Did you get sick?

I use to work at the lab and give the glucose test to people.  If you feel sick,  you can ask to lay down. They should have an extra room with a bed. I always asked the pregnant women if they wanted to lay down. Its a lot of glucose into ur system at once.  Laying down helps. If you puke it up, you have to go back and try another day.   
Some people have no troubles at all. I rarely had anyone puke it up.

My OBGYN uses the clear drunk that tastes like Hawaiian punch, it's barely like drinking sugar water, so it's not bad. This time around I didn't have any effect at all. With my first, it made me want to go march around the building a few times, then I was just tired later lol. I didn't feel sick either time.

The one hour test made me dizzy for a little while but I was okay afterwards. After the 3hr test I was so sick I had to call into work. It was awful.

It's a little rough to swallow (tastes like sugar water) but I wasn't sick from it. I also had morning sickness all day, every day, and the day I did my test, I felt great! Lol!
