Pregnancy & Narcolepsy w. Cataplexy 😩💤

Hey Angels ☺️

I'm 5 weeks into my first pregnancy with my little Bear 👶🏽🐻🌍, I'm also a Narcoleptic with Cataplexy & as my medication (Dexamphetamine) may cause congenital deformities I will not be medicating for the entire duration of my pregnancy.

I'm already struggling more than ever with exhaustion and am overwhelmed constantly by nap attacks.

I was wondering if there are any mummy-to-be's and/or mummies that have a similar health condition and have any tips for coping unmedicated during pregnancy?

Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated as I'm so lost right now.
