For those of you pregnant between 4-7 weeks what are your symptoms?

All I have is sensitive nipples and even that comes and goes..

Now 5 weeks and 6 days tender breast off and on, tender nipples off and on, peeing so much and off, dizzy spells if I stand to long and pressure in my abdomen.

My lactose intolerance has disappeared!!!! ? Other than that just mild cramps and being a little tired.

Exhausted,boobs killing me,back pain,on and off nausea,always Hungry but everything grosses me out! Felt exhaustion a week before my bfp I just knew this month!

Increase in appetite. Frequent bathroom visits. Few pains here and there, nothing g serious. Bloating. Tender nipples. I'm 6wks & 3 days.

Weird as it sounds I knew I was pregnant straight away, Weird dreams about zombies and I was killing them ??? weeing all the time (x3 at night) acne, cramps, little dull all day headaches

Omg I'm so stinking exhausted ...to the point I napped when my daughter napped and woke up even more tired. This is not me at all.

Occasional nausea, new trend of feeling car sick when I'm driving, food aversions, sensitive breasts and my biggest has been that I'm SO EXHAUSTED.

​I'm currently 6 wk 5 days. Earlier I had more headachesand dizziness, but I feel like the nausea is taking that over the past week or more.

Soooo tired all the time for the last three days. Light cramps inteitrently, but nothing major at all.

I dont really have any symptoms either I only would feel tired when I was 2 months and I lost my appetite but now that im 3 months I feel normal with no symptoms at all
