Completely normal. The steel barbell used for piercing is very heavy, which can cause the piercing to stretch a bit. Plus you are still healing. Switch to a lighter barbell after you get the OK from your piercer. It will be much more comfortable.

Yes ! I had mine done a few months ago and mine also moved down after a few days. I mouth washed every chance I go and still do just to make sure it doesn't get infected & make me have bad breath. lol.

Yes it's normally. Just make sure your using your mouthwash after every drink and meal. I know it can be a hassle but it's the best way to keep it clean and keep it from getting infected. Also keep from touching and playing with it.
