Condoms arnt 100% effective. 
Take a pregnancy test just to be sure. But sometimes periods are late, whether it be from stress or whatever else. Just last month my period was 10 days late and I have no idea why.

First time I had sex I didn't have my next period with the exception of VERY faint blotting for two days. I wasn't prego but it freaked me out.
