When you insert 1 or 2- fingers clean. Fell up towards your stomach sometimes its not to far bad is round and can feel a little hard like the tip of your nose and in the middle will feel an opening . Sometimes closed. And other times its far back hard to reach with the tip of your fingers and is soft so sometimes can't feel. Be very gentle may cause cramps.
