Terrified of childbirth..
Hey all,
So i very recently found out im pregnant! Im super excited bt for some reason i started reading up on the actual delivery process and im beyond terrified!!
The thought of an episiotomy and tearing and what not has got me in panic mode!
Anyone else experiencing this?
This will be my first child and any advice will be appreciated! Thanks.
