Pregnancy vitamins necissary??

Does anyone get sick, lethargic, blocked up from Elevit or other pregnancy vitamins?? i have a balanced diet with lots of iron. I'm thinking im overdosing my body with some of the vitamins included it elevit. Stopped taking it 3 days ago and feel so much better.

Go to your doctor. They can prescribe different ones. My OB/GYN offers five different prenatal vitamins. I've taken all five, and went back to the second ones I was taking.

Have you tried taking them at night before bed? I started doing that and it's much better.

I took OTC ones and they made me really sick but doc prescribed vitafol nano and they are awesome.
