Sex at 2:30am, what to log it as?

Today is Friday and we had sex at 2:30am when my husband got home from a trip. Do I log it as Thursday or Friday? To me it still felt like Thursday but idk

I mark it as the next day after midnight but to cover all bases I still have sex the day I marked it as LOL
