So let me make this short and sweet if anyone has any advice or any information would be great. So me and my fiance have finally told my landlord that I am pregnant however he see my fiance's mother and then reveal to her that I was pregnant and two months late on my rent is that legal of him to do.? I didn't tell anybody and now I feel like he violated my trust as well as my lease by dispersing my debt information and personal private information to a third party person who is not on my lease meaning my fiance's mother who does not live with us and she did not know matter of fact nobody knew and now his whole family knows because of my landlord opening his big mouth I'm so infuriated. I also want to legally leave this place I don't want anything more to do with him but my lease is up in April and I really want to leave within the next month I don't want to give him any more money because he refused to make repairs in the house as well which includes leaks, mold in one of the bedrooms and the ceiling cracking exception. He also is trying to change the lease in Midway when it's about to be up in April and expect me to verbally followed by it without giving me a copy of what he wants me to abide by. Please any help would be great this is my first apartment and I really don't want to have to go to court but honestly I'm not paying him no more money
