When is it safe to STOP sleeping on your stomach?

I can only sleep on my tummy and I am 11 wks today. I am afraid I am hurting the baby?

27 weeks and I can still comfortably sleep on my stomach and haven't had any problems. Just listen to your body, if it tells you to move then move.

I slept on my stomach until I just physically couldn't anymore, probably around 20 weeks. It's safe to sleep on your stomach because of the amniotic fluid surrounding the baby. No worries! Enjoy it while u still can because I wish every night I could be on mine!

You can sleep on your stomach for as long as it's comfortable. I couldn't sleep on my stomach anymore around 28 weeks. I'm 36 weeks now.

I'm 32 weeks and still sleep on my stomach. Sometime I put a leg bent up that way it's not all of my weight on baby, but as long as it's comfortable for you - do it. I started sleeping on my back so that I wouldn't sleep on my stomach but now I'm not supposed to be sleeping on my back 😕 And sleeping on my sides makes my shoulders hurt and my hands go numb. I rotate all night long... 😩
