5 hours later pill

Last night I got food poisoning and was throwing up allll night! Got to the point of dehydration for not being able to hold water down. My husband was great! He took care of me, washed the sheets I got dirty and was up all night making sure I was ok.,. At 3 I woke up and he tells me "you think you can hold water down now to drink your pill?" I finally could but it took it 5 hours later! Not to mention we got freaky right before I felt sick! Oh boy.. Should I be worried???
