Any NHRA fans? I have a question

So I live in Cali and the races are coming to town in February. My only concern is the noise and the vibrations as the cars pass by on the track. Has anyone spoken to their doctors about this before? If you've been, you know top fuel gets very loud and you can literally feel it in your whole body

I'm late to this but I went to many races while pregnant and my daughter went to the Indy race last year. I used kid ear plugs that are for the water they are like wax that you just push into their ears and then also bought her some head phones. Ems for bubs they are called. First round we took her in the stands and she couldn't hear the he shook her body and scared her so the rest of the race we watched from a little ways away on a hill and she did fine! My father inlaw is the crew Chief for a top fuel dragster.

What my doctor says About the races....So I'm a big nhra fan also and live in California. and my husband is build his first racecar to race at Bakersfield and sacramento so we had the convo with our doctor about going to the races because when I was pregnant with my daughter and went she would start freaking out. My doctor doesn't recommend me attending the races after 28 weeks. He had told me about another patient that happened about 2 years who who was really into races also and she had went thinking it was okay and she started having pains and went into the hospital a couple days later and this think from the noise and vibrations the baby got scared and super active and ended up getting wrapped around with the umbilical cord and didn't make it.

I was wondering the same thing! I live in Southern California too and My dad actually races an injected nitro dragster and I'm hesitant to go to his races. I've been to the NHRA races tons of times and met all the racers but never while pregnant. I think I would definitely ask my doctor!
