So I've been eating like crazy

I've been eating salty foods like chips in these little onion ring things and I've also been eating grapes and chocolate. I've also been eating I had ice cream coffee flavor and sera up and all these other things in it. Does this mean that I'm getting my period? If I'm eating a lot? So please comment I would really like to know so that I can be prepared because 99.9% a time I'm unprepared my period and it's just crazy I bleed you know.
