Tight fufu and high cervics during pregnancy

So basically I'm using g cyclogest which I have to insert into my fufu each night and my cervics having been not low but not high and my fufu hasn't been this tight either I'm 7 weeks pregnant on Monday and my cervics have just gone really high and my fufu is now really tight. Also cramping a bit more then usual tonight is that normal?
