Tightness in tummy?

I'm 12w1d and had sexual intercourse last night for the first time in about 3 weeks. Today I'm feeling some tightness in my lower abdomen. Almost like a cramp, but it happens if I'm lying down and try to raise myself up...anything that involves utilizing my core. Is this tightness/crampiness normal?
