Control of the hunger .
I usually have a good amount of self control when it comes to what I eat. Before getting pregnant I kept good track of what I was eating and I had a calorie limit I would almost never exceed . Now that I'm pregnant it's like my self control has went out the window . I want to make sure I don't gain too much weight . With my first pregnancy I gained 50 lbs and swore I never would do that again. I did lose all of the weight I had gained but I still feel it wasn't healthy to gain so much. Any advice on how to gain some control ?
