Ovarian cyst, natural remedies?
So I have usually a horrible reaction to hormones, and I was just diagnosed with a 2 cm cyst. I had one in the past that got so big that my phallopian tube twisted and they had to remove it surgically (remove the cyst not the ovary, thank god)
Any ways the doc response is always hormones and I have tried all types but I always end up horribly depressed and extremely anxious. This time Because is not big enough they gave me some pain killers and told me to wait until it goes away on its own. Now, I would like to do something, I am super nervous. Any tips, ideas, positive experiences?
