It's like the littlest thing sets me off crying feeling guilty and like I can't do anything right!

My SO's work shirt came out of the wash with a new stain on the front! No idea where it came from. Managed to hold it together and not cry until my SO went to put the lunch I packed for him in his bag, and he tells me it was too much cause he doesn't eat that much at work. I had to retreat to the bedroom whereupon I cried and just felt shitty and like I can never do anything right. He came and laid down with me for a bit, but then had to leave for work, and I just felt worse when he left cause it felt very abrupt and like he was mad or upset so I felt worse 😢
