As a doula I will give you my professional opinion -

Stay home as long as you can. Squat, rock, and move as much as possible. It will progress things quicker which is what you want! And don't go in until your contractions are more regular, they still seem to fluctuate quite a bit. If the pain gets too much, get in a warm bath or a hottish shower (I've had lots of client take their yoga or birthing ball into the shower with them.) hot water helps with the pain, some have called it natures epidural!

Everyone is different I was 5 cm took me 45 min to go from 5 cm to 9cm. My personal opinion timing contractions is a crock of shit. Caused me alot of unnecessary pain.

My first baby, I went in with contractions 2-3 minutes apart. I could have waited and would have if I had a hospital birth but we went to a birth center and all agreed to go in early to avoid traffic.
