What does a firm and low cervix mean?

Rini • TTC month 1, married since July 2015, 29 years old, got faint but clear line at 9 and 10 dpo! Not praying all will go well from here...
Not sure about ovulation and cycle length this month. Can it be a sign of pregnancy?
