So my mother called the other day asking me about an item I didn't register for. I didn't put it on the list cause honestly I don't think I'll use it. One of my cousins loved hers and that's what they wanted to get me. I told my mom no thank you, there are other things I need more. My mom told me she is going to tell them just get something similar to what's on my registry. Really?! What was the point of me even making a registry if you tell people to "get whatever they want" I was so mad at her and she couldn't understand why. I made sure to have many different priced items, etc. there is no reason to "just get something similar" to an item I registered for. Either get that item or don't! Sorry I really don't mean to sound like a brat, I think it was mostly hormones and my mother and I tend to disagree on a lot. Rant over.
