Am I the only one who doesn't care about Valentine's Day?

I think valentine's day is such a ridiculous holiday. People get so worked up about it if they're with someone and it has to be perfect, while those who are single feel all sad because they're single. I feel, and my husband agrees, in a relationship you should do nice things for each other on any day of the year. My husband and I go out on dates all the time, get each other little gifts randomly, and he gets me flowers whenever. If you're not the type of couple to do that and only do it because it's valentine's day then that just seems silly. And if you're single, aren't you upset about being single every other day of the year? So why should this holiday make you feel it anymore than another day? Anyway, as I know all the posts about Valentine's Day are soon to arrive, I'm wondering, am I the only one that thinks this holiday is pointless?
