So my last period was on September 26th so I ovaulated around October 4 on October 8th I had cramps but they wernt to bad and since October 12th I haven't been feeling good I have had bad heartburn and I don't feel good in the morning or through out the day I been useing the bathroom more than usual and glow says I start my next period on the 19th but I don't know what's going on anyone have any ideas
