My son is just over 1 week old and at first everything was fine but now it hurts to breastfeed so I started pumping during the day and breastfeed at night. I've been using lanolin for cream but it doesn't do much for me. Does anyone have any suggestions on what kind of cream to get? Also slightly annoying having to wash my nip shield off after every use😑
