6wks and no symptoms

I keep reading about ladies with the sore boobs, the nausea and the fatigue... I have none of this. I go to the doctor on Wednesday and hopefully she can give me some piece of mind but; is anyone else not feeling the pregnancy? I know all pregnancies are different but at this point, I'd love to have the nausea or fatigue just to know my body is responding like a pregnant one...
