TTC BABY #2

Very sensitive nipples and sore especially when laying on side to sleep and uterine cramping day and night on and off. Had unprotected sex with hubby sun oct 5 tues Thursday and sat(sat was most fertile day of the ovulation week. Period not due til oct 27th. Extremely tired. What could this mean? Possible to feel aching nipples 1 week after sex?? Advice! ThNk you:)
