How to stop breastfeeding???
I am currently breastfeeding my 5 1/2 month old. I'm wanting to stop because of personal reasons. But at the same time I don't want my baby to suffer with out the breastfeeding part, she really only breastfed at night time while we co sleep.
How can I gradually stop breastfeeding her without the guilt.
And yes she does formula fed during the day so is not like formula is new to her, she is also eating cereal and fruits and some veggies.
