Is anyone else just NOT excited?

Well I thought I was depressed... But I'm not. I'm pretty level headed right now and I am just dreading this entire thing. Being pregnant and even having the baby. Nothing sounds even remotely exciting to me. I'm not into it at all. I'm like 7w right now and I've seen the little bean in a picture. Still no feelings though. Anyone else?

Hang in there ladies! I've had my emotions on both sides of the spectrum. I'm getting more excited. Once you see the baby (in more of a human form via ultrasound) it might start to evoke more positive emotions. Plus your hormones can literally fuck w your head even when u think their not.

I was the same way before 28 weeks. Once you feel the baby and start putting their room together everything comes together and becomes exciting.

I felt just like that in the early weeks! Until I was 16 weeks ish I didn't feel excited AT ALL. Like, the best description for how I felt was resigned to the reality of it, despite the fact that it was a planned pregnancy. I think it's normal to feel that way.

I'm depressed to cause being pregnant is not what i thought it would be and I'm worried about finances and everything else but I just keep thinking about what's it's gonna feel like when I hold him/her and I smile inside :). I also think about how devastated I would be if I wasn't pregnant like if I'm too ungrateful or complain to much my blessing will be taken away cause their are a lot of women whose one dream in life is a child and they will never be able to carry one. It's hard but i try to stay thankful and picture when my baby gets here

Me too I'm almost 9 weeks and we were ttc for barely 3 months so you'd think that me being pregnant id be over the moon but I just feel like whatever. Haha

I'm 39 weeks and haven't had the "connection" that other women have talked about (some feel it at like 4 week). I can say that although I am scared outta my mind about labour and having a new born, I have gone from "omg what have I done to my life" to "this is gonna be awesome and totally worth it". So hang in there, you'll warm up to the idea eventually 😉

I think it's because my relationship with the fater changed. 
And I already have a 4 soon to be 5yr old daughter.

I'm excited and not excited at the same time. My baby will be born with multiple health issues so it's been hard to feel connected.
