Biggest let down of my life

I can't believe after my husband and I trying for a year and a half we finally got a bfp. I was so excited. Only to be wiping away tears today after having a miscarriage right at my ultrasound appointment. We have 4 beautiful children at home all conceived out of wedlock. We finally had our covenant baby. Our only pregnancy being married. So hurt right now. I know things happen for a reason. Any suggestions and encouraging words will help.
