I'm 20 years old, and I've changed my career goals 3 times in the past year. Right now I'm going for phlebotomy and I'm almost finished. But I got to thinking... Whenever I have kids I want to be able to stay home with them, but I also want to work from home because my husband doesn't make enough for me to not work at least part time and us live comfortably. (Yes, I'm 20 and married. To my best friend/high school sweetheart. In fact, I got married at 18 and I'd say we're doing pretty good for being so young PLUS adding in marriage to that!) Anyways, I was thinking... What would be a good job where I could have a home office and work at home and then hire a student or my mom or somebody to come in the afternoon to occupy the baby while I get some work done in my home office? All I can think of is a realtor, if whoever I work for would even allow me to work from home... But would real estate be a secure field? When the home buying market isn't good? Any realtors on here to lend some advice?? What would be some other options? Just something to where I could make AT LEAST over $1200 a month?
