I'm pregnant after a miscarriage in Nov....

I just need to tell someone and if you read this any comments would be appreciated.

I found out I was pregnant Saturday.. it was a faint line. Then sat night I saw that I had a quarter size red blood on my panties. So I thought a chemical pregnancy. Im getting af. But there was no more blood. After it was brown spotting. I've been having brown spotting ever since.

I took a digital test yesterday it said pregnant 1-2 weeks. I associate all spotting with a miscarriage now ever since I had one in Nov. I have not called my doctor or told them I am pregnant. I am most likely 4 weeks.

I'm trying to disconnect myself from this because of what happened... when I was first pregnant in October I was sooo happy... right now I'm soo depressed that I cry.

Has anyone had brown spotting and not miscarry? I have PCOS so I know I'm already at higher risk.
