To Find Out or Not to Find Out??
Hi, ladies! I am nearly 18 weeks pregnant and I have my anatomy scan next Wednesday (the 3rd). I went through this predicament last time with our daughter, and we decided not to find out the gender with her. It was such an awesome surprise at her birth and I was in such shock that she was a girl, because I just had such a strong feeling she'd be a boy through my whole pregnancy.
But I am so caught in between with this baby. I know what it's like not to find out, and it was fun and exciting and there was so much anticipation...
But I want to find out this time because 1) curiosity, 2) bonding sake. This will be our rainbow baby and I've had a really hard time bonding with this little one. I wonder if finding out the gender would help. 3) nursery and wardrobe sake. We have all girl stuff (obviously) with a few gender neutral newborn things. If this baby is a boy, we'll need to do a LOT of shopping.
What are your opinions? Is it possible I'll regret finding out? Thanks in advance, and I hope all of your pregnancies are going well!
