My body is literally in agony and I'm only 23 weeks! 😫 My back is killing me it feels like my entire spine is being compressed down into my tailbone, and the muscles on my abdomen are so sore and tight - I can hardly get out of bed. How am I going to give birth when just this is making me cry 😔
