Please tell me why this is happening!!

I'm  almost 19 weeks pregnate. My coworkers said I have no baby bump if anything put a little weight on. Which I have gained 15 pounds. Every women on here tummies are so cute and I'm just getting wider. I can't help but get upset with my body. Is anyone else going through the same thing? I couldn't even take the cute week to week pics cause there is nothing but me getting wider so I gave up. I weigh a total of 160lbs now. I'm 5foot4.
