Mommy's with baby #2 (or more) on the way!

I currently have a 3 year old and work full time. I am pregnant with baby #2 and the cost of daycare for two children would be most of my income. I love my job and have worked my way up and don't want to lose my position, but not sure if it will be with it to continue working after the new baby is here.. What is your plan?
