Night mars help

Half asleep sorry but i hada nightmare last night that i gave birth and wS in bath with my son then when i got out n turned round he was gone... Like gone, my mum found him outside dead, my baby daddy took piss n dint think i was serious then I thought it wS a dream even though i was asleep!! So in my dream i thought i just had a nightmare? I felt baby move and it was weird n im so scared n upset now :(
